Ingredients

  • 15 pieces of dried apricots
  • 6 palm
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Cooking Advice

You can add honey to sweeten into if you want more. You can also choose your day dry apricot or yellow apricots.

How to make?

  1. Dried apricots and dates are taken into a container. Stir in hot water to soften and leave on for about 10 minutes.

  2. Remove the apricots and dates of softened water. Dry thoroughly.
