Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1,5 tea cup margarine (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 10 apricots (seeds removed, chopped)
  • 1 sweet sponge relief tozu
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 3 tablespoon powder almonds

    For the above:

  • 5-6 apricots
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

How is it prepared?

  1. Separate the eggs white and yellow into separate containers.

  2. Beat the whites up to two floors with the aid of a mixer.

  3. Add sugar and beat them over egg yolks. Then add margarine and milk on top. Add the strangled apricots.

  4. Transfer the egg whites into this mixture with care to avoid putting them out.

  5. Add flour, baking soda and vanilla sifting and mix with spatula.




  6. Transfer it to the oiled oven vessel in the shape of a flower. On top of the apricot index, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  7. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-20 minutes.

  8. Take it out and serve it at room temperature.

Service Offer

You can serve powdered sugar on it.
