- 4 tablespoon yogurt
- 3 tablespoon cold water

For inner filling:
You can indulge in your own ingredients using different spices or ingredients such as grapes or ginger.
How is it prepared?
Transfer the margarine, yoghurt, powdered sugar, vinegar, cold water and egg into a container and let them mix with each other with the aid of whiskers.
Then stir the flour and baking powder gradually, stirring sifting.
Start kneading with your hand. Add flour gradually to control consistency.
Wrap the dough that you have prepared and stretch it for about 40 minutes in the fridge.
Begin preparing the internal spoil at that time. Grate the apples and transfer them into a deep-ceiling.
Add the powdered sugar on top and start to cook the medium boiled water until it is pulled out.
Take it out of the furnace after it’s picked up. Add the cinnamon and walnuts inside and let it cool down at room temperature.
Transfer the rest of the dough onto the lightly baked counter. Divide into two equal parts.
Open the pieces with the help of a medium thickness roller, as if they were longitudinal.
Transfer into the two opened dough by spreading the apple mortar and wrap it in rolls. When shutting down, lightly wet the tips with water.
Rotate the rolls into a greased round oven tray. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 25-30 minutes until the dough is lightly reddish.
Take it out and serve it at room temperature for a while, then slice it.
You can decorate the diller with powdered sugar and serve it with a ball of vanilla ice cream.
