    For the dough:

  • 200 grams of margarine (at room temperature)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 – 3.5 cups of flour
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

    For inner filling:

  • 4 medium sized apples
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1,5 tea spice powder cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups of walnut inside (large pieces)

Cooking Advice

You can indulge in your own ingredients using different spices or ingredients such as grapes or ginger.

How is it prepared?

  1. Transfer the margarine, yoghurt, powdered sugar, vinegar, cold water and egg into a container and let them mix with each other with the aid of whiskers.

  2. Then stir the flour and baking powder gradually, stirring sifting.

  3. Start kneading with your hand. Add flour gradually to control consistency.

  4. Wrap the dough that you have prepared and stretch it for about 40 minutes in the fridge.

  5. Begin preparing the internal spoil at that time. Grate the apples and transfer them into a deep-ceiling.

Service Offer

You can decorate the diller with powdered sugar and serve it with a ball of vanilla ice cream.
