  • 120 grams of margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 package baking powder

    For the above:

  • 100 grams of chocolate
  • 70 grams of pistachio nuts

Key point

Take care not to touch the bottom of the glass canner’s tencer while melting the chocolate in the benmerian way.

Cooking Advice

You can also consume the whole cookie by covering it with chocolate.

How is it prepared?

  1. Get powdered sugar, cocoa, margarine and egg into a bowl. Beat it beautifully.

  2. Then knead it with flour and baking powder.

  3. Wrap the dough you have prepared in stretch wrap and rest in the cupboard for about 40 minutes.

  4. Bring the rest of the dough between two greasy papers. Open with the help of a roller.

  5. Make round cookies with a round cookie or tea cup.

  6. Once you have done the same until the dough is finished, transfer all cookies to a baking sheet tray.

  7. Cook for about 10 minutes in a heated oven at 180 degrees.

  8. Remove as soon as you feel it and relax at room temperature.

  9. Melt the chocolate in a benmerian way.

  10. Soak half of the cookies in melted chocolate and decorate them with pistachios.

  11. When chocolate melts, enjoy it.
