Ingredients for pistachio biscuit recipe

  • 1 kg chopped pistachios
  • 1. 2 kg of powdered sugar
  • 1. 5 liters of water
  • Half a lemon juice

Preparation of pistachio nuts

Take the pistachios which are collected from the crustacean. Add enough water to boil over it. Filter the water, add the powdered sugar and let it rest for 2 nights. Add water and boil until thick. Add lemon juice close to the oven and boil for 2-3 minutes. Fill the glass jars.
