Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 grams cubed meat (small chopped)
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper
  • 1 tea spoon powder red pepper
  • 1 tea spoon salt

    For the eggplant mixture:

  • 3 roasted eggplants
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 bowl of garlic yoghurt

Key point

Open your eggplants with a knife and open them in the oven or on the oven. To make it easier to peel the shells, take them into a still hot cabinet and close the cabinet door. Leave this way 5-10. It will sweat and peel more easily. Let your meat cook slowly and softly until low water is poured into the water. Be careful not to transfer the meat on the kneader very hot. How is it prepared?

  6. Take the yoghurt eggplant mixture into the serving pan. Poke the middle.

  7. Put the meat you have prepared on it. Serve with the lemon juice.

Service Offer

You can serve it with a sauce of powdered red pepper and butter. You can use it in yoghurt while preparing garlic yogurt. If you add finely chopped parsley on top of it, you will get a magnificent image.
