Ingredients for Alinazik kebabı recipe

  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 Albanian pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 500 g cubed lamb
  • Half a glass of water
  • coarse-grained walnut
  • Salt
  • Red pepper
  • For yoghurt aubergine
  • 4 medium eggplants
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • 500 g yogurt

For the above

  • Large pulled walnut

Preparation of Alinazik kebab

  • Sprinkle green pepper, cilantro and onions fine. Melt the butter and roast the lambs so that they are lightly watered. When the colors of the flesh begin to turn, add the walnut, onion and pepper. Sweeten it with salt and red pepper and take it from the heat.
  • Thoroughly squeeze out the eggplants you roasted and peeled. Add the garlic you have crushed in the yogurt and beat it lightly. Add eggplants with yoghurt mix and mix. Take the yogurt eggplant to the serving bowl and place lamb on it. Serve warm with ornate walnut.
