- 1 water glass of noodles
- 1 water glass filtered yogurt
- 3 cups of water
- 1 sweet spoon flour
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 sweet spoon butter
- 1 sweet spoon olive oil
- 1 sweet spoon mint
For the above:
In the soup prepared with yoghurt, add the ingredients continuously while stirring and add the salt soup after the soup is poured, otherwise the soup will be cut and the taste may be deteriorated.
How is it prepared?
First, take a deep-fried pot, add 3 cups of water over it and boil it for about 10 minutes until it softens.
In a separate container; yogurt, egg, flour and grated garlic.
Open some of the yoghurt mixture by gradually adding and constantly flushing the water from the boiling water.
When the boiled waxes are soft, add the yoghurt mixture you have prepared to the pot a little at a time and add it constantly.
Continue stirring until all the ingredients are boiled and continue boiling for 5 more minutes after boiling.
Then close the bottom of the pot and add the salt.
For the above; butter and olive oil in a sauce pan, stir the dry nectar after it is angry and close the bottom of the ceiling.
For service; Take a cup of soup and serve it hot hot by pouring the minty sauce you prepared on it.
